SMOKING is only permitted outside of unit.

THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN UNIT OR ON ASSOCIATION PROPERTY!

HOUSEKEEPING is provided to assure your unit is clean upon arrival.

WE PROVIDE: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent to get through you through the first few days.  You are responsible for those items after that period.

LINENS AND TOWELS should last several days before you need to launder them. (Depending on the number of perople in your party)

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO empty the trash, wash the dishes, clean the stove, and neaten the unit before departure. Dumpsters are located behind the building south of the pool.

PLEASE LEAVE ALL KEYS on table when departing.
